Some exciting news for residents of Aylmer ahead of the long weekend as the splash pad in Balmoral Park is set to open today.
Families can stop by the fully accessible splash pad between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. daily to play around in the 1765 square feet of spray area.
The three splash pads in St. Thomas are set to open June 1st, weather depending and will be operational from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily until September.
West Lorne’s splash pad is also open from June 1st to September 1st each year and is available to the public from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day.
Staff in Central Elgin plan to have the splash pad at Don Yeck Park in Belmont open for the June 1st weekend as well.
