For a number of years now, officers from the London, Strathroy-Caradoc, and St. Thomas Police Departments have backed the Canadian Cancer Society through their “Cops For Cancer” head shaving fundraiser.
Since 2004, they’ve raised over $200,000 for cancer research and treatment, supporting children and their families living with a diagnosis.
This year, the Cops for Cancer committee has joined forces with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police ‘O’ Division for the event.
It will take place at their headquarters at 130 Dufferin Ave in London on May 30th at 1pm.
