As season openers go, this one is on track to be out of the ordinary.
This Sunday is the re-opening of the Elgin County Railway Museum for the summer with family friendly events planned throughout the day, and no admission charge.
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., wander through the exhibits, check out the crafts on sale and let the kids burn off energy on the bouncy castle.
As a bonus, drop by the CASO Station between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday for the unveiling of the beautifully restored London & Port Stanley Car 14.
Your chance to experience the area’s railway history come to life.
