Elgin OPP are seeking the public’s help in identifying two men involved in an erratic driving incident last Friday (May 31) in Bayham.
Around 9 p.m., officers responded to the area of Vienna Line, east of Richmond Road where a pick-up truck had been speeding and hit several traffic signs.
Just before midnight, the truck was stopped on Vienna Line where two occupants fled the scene and the third was arrested.
An extensive search of the area was conducted with the assistance of the West Region Emergency Response Team and the OPP Canine Unit, but the two individuals were not located.
Tillsonburg resident Bernard Harms, 21, was charged with mischief over $5,000.
The vehicle involved was described as an older black Ford Ranger, painted like a stock car with white stripes, the word “Goodwrench” and the number “3”.
Both of the outstanding suspects were described as white, male, with dark-coloured hair.
