Backus-Page House Museum in Wallacetown will be hosting a special event this Saturday dubbed Tails & Trails Doggy Day!
Staff have organized a fun-filled afternoon featuring an amateur dog pageant and a dog obstacle course, running from 2 to 4 p.m.
Visitors will be encouraged to collect a trail map and treat their pups to some goodies while exploring the beauty surrounding them.
A selection of vendors offering dog-centric products will also be onsite as they look to shine a spotlight on nearby services including grooming, daycare, and training facilities.
All friendly dogs on leash are welcome but staff ask that you do bring your own poop bags.
You are reminded that museum tours will also be available during the event, with adults being $10 and kids free.
