A disturbance at a local business Wednesday night has resulted in charges for a 40-year-old St. Thomas resident.
St. Thomas Police say they were called after the individual failed to pay for the items they ordered and when asked by staff to leave, proceeded to break a window.
The 40-year-old did flee the scene prior to police arrival but was located a short distance away and taken into custody.
The St. Thomas resident has been charged with one count of Mischief and one count of Theft under $5,000.
They were released on an undertaking and given a future court date.
