A beloved local event that was postponed last month due to weather, now has a new date!
The 25th annual Seniors Picnic in the Park will take place on Wednesday, September 18th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Pinafore Park.
While the picnic is normally rain or shine, a significant weather event that was forecasted to hit the area on July 10th, forced the committee to make the unfortunate decision.
All planned activities will go ahead on the new date, including the live music, car show, vendor showcase and more.
You are reminded to pack a lawn chair if you will be attending.
