A single-vehicle collision on Bush Line near John Wise Line early Tuesday morning has led to charges for a 31-year-old.
Elgin OPP and other emergency services responded to the scene around 3:50 a.m. where the driver, who was showing signs of impairment was located.
The individual was taken into custody without incident and was later transported to hospital to treat non-life-threatening injuries.
As a result of the investigation, 31-year-old Dallas Jacoletti from Southwold Township was charged with Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs.
The accused is scheduled to appear in St. Thomas court next month.
