Today: The St. Thomas Talbot Trail Toastmasters will host a public panel Thursday beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the St. Thomas Public Library, focused on ethical leadership in organizations and communities. Panelists include Elgin-Middlesex-London MP Karen Vecchio, St. Thomas Mayor Joe Preston, former London Councillor Harold Usher, Western University ethics professor Anthony Skelton, and certified life coach Julie Hayes.
