Today: The annual Dickens’ Days in Port Stanley continue Friday with the Night Parade hosted by the Lions and Lioness Clubs at 7 p.m. Then on both Saturday and Sunday, a number of festive activities have been planned throughout the village. More details here.
Tomorrow: The Old Imperial Farmers’ Market is open every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Aylmer! It’s a family-friendly, year-round, indoor Farmers’ Market that celebrates, supports, and showcases the best of what our community has to offer.
Tomorrow: Winter at Horton is back this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. All the vendors will be set up inside, giving you the chance to get some of your market favourites even during the winter months. This continues each Saturday through April 26th.

Tomorrow: Canadale Nurseries in St. Thomas is hosting their annual Christmas Open Houses! It is the final weekend for this event, with activities planned between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Full details here.
Tomorrow: Saturday Stories goes from 10:30 to 11 a.m. at the St. Thomas Public Library. Join staff each Saturday for storytime, which is full of active songs and stories!
Tomorrow: A Holiday Market is taking at the St. Anne’s Centre on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Bring your kids to See Santa at 1pm. Have your kids write a letter to Santa and drop it off in the Santa mailbox at the event. Learn more in the poster here!
Tomorrow: The Port Stanley Terminal Rail is now hosting “Santa Treats Train Rides!” The holiday themed train will leave the station 3 times a day at 11 a.m., 1p.m. and 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday through December 22nd. More details here.

LOCAL SPORTS:
GOJHL: The St. Thomas Stars hit the ice again tonight (Friday) when they host the Listowel Cyclone at the Joe Thornton Community Centre. Puck drop is set for 7:30 p.m. Then on Sunday the Stars will travel to the Dan Snyder Memorial Arena to take on the Elmira Sugar Kings at 7 p.m. myFM will be broadcasting the game, with the pre-showing beginning around 6:50.
