In collaboration with the Elgin County Railway Museum’s Community Christmas Tree Spectacular, VON Middlesex-Elgin is offering a special way for residents to grieve this holiday season.
Hosted by the organizations Bereavement Services, Navigating Grief Workshops have been scheduled through December 14th, featuring ornament making and a special Ginger Bread House event.
Family and friends who you may be missing a little extra this holiday season, can be recognized and honoured through the creation of an ornament, which can be hung on VON’s tree at the Elgin County Railway Museum.
Those wishing to create a free ornament can contact VON Middlesex-Elgin at 519-637-6408 until December 20th, or stop by one of the scheduled workshop listed in the poster below.
