Today: Winterlude! is taking place at the St. Thomas Public Library December 27th through Friday, January 3rd. Keep the winter break boredom away! Join the library for an exciting lineup of fan-favourite activities- with a different theme each day.
Tomorrow: The St. Thomas Public Library is hosting Noon Year’s Eve beginning at 10 a.m. on Tuesday. They’ll have fun activities for families and kids in the Carnegie Room, Lower Level. You can come and stay for the countdown, or just pop in for some fun then go on you way.
Tomorrow: Kicking off at 6 p.m., the Columbus Club of St. Thomas will be hosting a New Year’s Eve party for families, with a countdown and balloon drop taking place at 8 p.m. They’ll also have door prizes, party favours, spot dances and more. Tickets details can be found here.
Tomorrow: The East Elgin Community Complex is hosting a family friendly New Year’s Eve celebration, inviting the community to gather and say farewell to 2024 together! It’s completely free to attend and will feature public skating, shinny, face painting, a photo booth and more from 5 to 8 p.m.

LOCAL SPORTS:
GOJHL: The St. Thomas Stars will be taking a short holiday break, returning to the ice on Friday, January 3rd. They’ll host the LaSalle Vipers at the Joe Thornton Community Centre with puck drop set for 7:30 p.m.
