Today: Winterlude! is taking place at the St. Thomas Public Library December 27th through Friday, January 3rd. Keep the winter break boredom away! Join the library for an exciting lineup of fan-favourite activities- with a different theme each day.
Today: A free skate sponsored by S Tier Mortgages is taking place at the Joe Thornton Community Centre on Friday, January 3rd from 3:15 to 4:45 p.m.
Today: Railway City Brewing Co. will once again have live music this Friday with Michael Ryan from 5 to 8 p.m.
Tomorrow: The Old Imperial Farmers’ Market is open every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Aylmer! It’s a family-friendly, year-round, indoor Farmers’ Market that celebrates, supports, and showcases the best of what our community has to offer.
Tomorrow: Winter at Horton is back this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. All the vendors will be set up inside, giving you the chance to get some of your market favourites even during the winter months. This continues each Saturday through April 26th.
Tomorrow: A Bottle Drive for Cystic Fibrosis is taking place on Saturday, January 4th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the LCBO plaza. All proceeds go back to the community. They;ll be accepting empty wine bottles, beer bottle and cans (cooler/beer). More details here.
Tomorrow: Saturday Stories goes from 10:30 to 11 a.m. at the St. Thomas Public Library. Join staff each Saturday for storytime, which is full of active songs and stories!

LOCAL SPORTS:
GOJHL: The St. Thomas Stars return to the ice Friday, January 3rd. They’ll host the LaSalle Vipers at the Joe Thornton Community Centre with puck drop set for 7:30 p.m. Then Saturday they travel to Komoka to take on the Kings at 7:10 p.m.
