A warrant is being sought for a 34-year-old Aylmer man after an alleged impaired driving incident early Tuesday morning.
Just after 3 a.m. on February 11, Aylmer Police responded to a report of a suspected impaired driver at a business on Talbot Street. When police attempted to speak with the individual, the driver fled the parking lot at high speed.
Due to concerns for public safety, officers did not pursue the vehicle. However, police have since identified the driver and are now in the process of obtaining a warrant for his arrest.
No further details have been released at this time.
