Today: Art for Animals, a fundraiser in support of a new City of St. Thomas Animal Shelter, runs the entire month of February at 3 local venues. The St. Thomas Public Library, Caps Off Brewing, and Railway City Tourism will be exhibiting available art by local artists in support of the construction of the new Animal Shelter. Tomorrow: The St. Thomas Music Festival Major Awards Competition is taking place Friday at Central United Church beginning at 7 p.m. Scholarships will be awarded for finalists in piano, voice and instrumental competition.

GOJHL: The St. Thomas Stars travel to Listowel on Friday for a matchup with the Cyclones. Puck drop is 7:30 p.m. This will be myFM’s last broadcast of the season.
PJHL Playoffs: The Port Stanley Sailors play game 4 of their playoff series against the Trojans in Thamesford on Friday, February 28th. Puck drop is 7:30 p.m.
