The Town of Aylmer is calling on artists to submit proposals for a new mural project, aiming to enhance the community’s visual landscape and celebrate its rich cultural heritage.
The mural will be located on the west-facing abutment of the John St. North Bridge in Balmoral Park, home to the town’s splash pad, healing garden, outdoor pool, and playground.
The project is part of Aylmer’s commitment to arts, culture, and community engagement and proposals should reflect the town’s motto, “Proud Heritage, Bright Future,” while showcasing its history, diversity, and aspirations.
Artists must submit designs by March 19th, to be considered.
