Community members will have a chance to enjoy a free cup of coffee and connect directly with local emergency leaders next week when “Coffee with the Chiefs” returns to Aylmer.
It’s taking place from 9 to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 13th on the second floor of the Old Town Hall, located at 38 John Street South in Aylmer.
The event brings together Aylmer Fire Chief Todd McKone, Fire Services Coordinator Charity Fisher, Police Chief Kyle Johnstone, and Deputy Chief Chris Johnson for an informal yet informative morning chat about key public safety topics.
Attendees can expect to learn more about fire safety and fraud prevention, while also having the opportunity to raise questions or share concerns related to policing and emergency services in the Aylmer area.
The event is free to attend, and refreshments will be provided courtesy of Tim Hortons.
For more information, residents can contact the Aylmer Fire Department at 519-773-4905 or by email at firedept@town.aylmer.on.ca.
