1. St. Thomas Police have charged two men with impaired operation following separate incidents in local parking lots on Saturday. The first occurred Saturday morning, when officers on patrol found a 52-year-old man passed out behind the wheel with his leg hanging out of the open car door.
In a second incident later that afternoon, police were called to another parking lot after a 55-year-old man struck a parked vehicle and was slumped over the steering wheel.
