St. Thomas police have arrested a 23-year-old following a domestic dispute that escalated into violence.
Officers were called to a residence after a disagreement over a cellphone allegedly turned physical.
Police say the accused kicked their partner, a family member, and damaged an interior door during the incident.
The individual was arrested at the scene without incident and charged with Assault, Assault Causing Bodily Harm, and Mischief.
They were transported to police headquarters for processing and later released with a future court date.
