Jim Hogan- Right
After more than two decades with Entegrus, President and CEO Jim Hogan has announced he’ll be retiring in February 2026.
Hogan joined the company in 2001 as Chief Financial and Regulatory Officer and stepped into the top job in 2009.
Since then, he’s helped guide the utility through major changes—including a series of mergers with other local electricity providers and big shifts in Ontario’s energy sector, like the move toward electrification.
“Jim’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping Entegrus into the organization it is today,” said Max Fantuz, Chair of the Entegrus Inc. Board of Directors. “His steady guidance, high standards, and deep commitment to the people and communities we serve have helped foster a strong culture of safety, operational excellence, and public trust.”
During his time at Entegrus, Hogan always kept customers top of mind. He’s also been a strong supporter of community work—both through the company and personally—getting involved in local events and charitable efforts across the region.
A new President and CEO will be announced in the months ahead. In the meantime, Entegrus and its Board are thanking Hogan for his dedication and leadership.
Entegrus delivers power to more than 63,000 customers across Southwestern Ontario, including residents in St. Thomas-Elgin, and provides general administrative services in the areas of customer care, billing operations and collection services.
