Two St. Thomas teens have been charged following a disturbance Friday afternoon at the St. Anne’s Festival.
A group of young males had been removed from the event by security, but they returned and began shouting comments near the grounds.
This led to a verbal altercation between the youths and an event staff member in which a threatening comment was made.
Police were able to identify those involved and a pair of 16-year-olds turned themselves in.
They were charged with uttering threats and released with a future court date.
