Residents and visitors in Port Stanley may notice divers in the water over the next couple of weeks, as the Municipality of Central Elgin begins a condition assessment of the Port Stanley Harbour.
The in-water inspections, which got underway today (July 22), are part of ongoing efforts to evaluate the state and remaining lifespan of the harbour’s infrastructure—ensuring it remains safe and functional for years to come.
Officials are thanking the public for their awareness while the work is underway.
