A 40-year-old Oakville resident is facing charges after St. Thomas Police responded to reports of an unwanted person at a southside home Monday morning.
Police say neighbours called after seeing someone enter the residence while the homeowner was away. Officers arrived to find a former partner of the homeowner inside.
The accused was arrested and charged with unlawfully being in a dwelling and two counts of Failure to Comply with Probation after officers were made aware of release conditions the individual is currently under.
They were processed and released with a future court date.
