Three people are facing charges following a break-and-enter at a church in West Elgin on Sunday, August 10th.
Elgin OPP say officers were called around 1:37 p.m. after suspects fled the scene in a vehicle, which was stopped shortly afterward.
Police allege the driver, 31-year-old Samantha White of Malahide, was impaired. As a result, White has been charged with operation while impaired, assaulting a peace officer, resisting a peace officer, and break and enter.
They also received a 90-day licence suspension and a seven-day vehicle impoundment.
Ryan Locker, 31, of Aylmer, is charged with break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence.
Nickolas Forbes, 30, of St. Thomas, faces charges of assault, break and enter, and possession of cocaine.
All three were released with a court date set for September 23rd in St. Thomas.
