For the second time in less than a week, an 80-year-old St. Thomas man has been charged with breaching a release order near a city pool.
Last Tuesday he was arrested for attending a local pool in violation of a court condition.
He is prohibited from attending public parks or swimming areas where children under 16 are present.
He was released and outfitted with a GPS monitoring device.
This past Saturday, it was determined he was again in the vicinity of the pool.
He was arrested by city police and held for weekend video court.
