Aylmer Police say a collision at Spruce Street and Myrtle Street Sunday afternoon sent an e-bike rider to hospital.
The crash happened around 1:35 p.m. on August 17th, when police say a vehicle travelling north briefly stopped at a stop sign before proceeding through, striking the e-bike.
The rider was thrown from the bike and suffered minor injuries as a result.
The 56-year-old driver of the car has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act.
