A 37-year-old County of Elgin resident has been charged following the theft of ATVs.
Wednesday morning, Norfolk OPP and the Haldimand/Norfolk Community Street Crime Unit executed a search warrant at a property on Goshen Road, at the border of Norfolk and Oxford counties.
Officers found two ATVs, one of which had been stolen in Elgin county, the other in Norfolk.
The accused is facing two counts of possession of stolen property under $5,000 and will appear in Simcoe court next month.
