Aylmer police are investigating after a report of mischief involving a railway track switch near Elm Street.
On September 22, railway staff reported that someone had cut a large lock off the switch and left it in the open position without authorization.
Police warn that tampering with rail lines poses serious safety risks, including potential derailments.
