A 48-year-old St. Thomas resident is facing multiple charges after police were called twice to a Myrtle Street address on Wednesday.
Around 11 a.m., officers responded to reports of an unwanted person and learned the individual had entered a home despite conditions not to contact the occupant.
By 2:30 p.m., police say the person had returned.
The accused was arrested and charged with unlawfully in a dwelling and five counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
Police add, the individual was also processed on an outstanding warrant related to a similar incident on September 18, involving three additional counts of failing to comply.
