St. Thomas Police are investigating after an indecent act was reported on Elm Street on Wednesday.
Officers say a city employee was approached by an unknown man who asked about job opportunities.
After the hiring process was explained, the man reportedly exposed himself and ran from the area on foot.
The investigation remains ongoing.
