St. Thomas police are investigating after a resident reported an indecent act early Thursday morning.
According to police, at approximately 5:30 a.m., an unknown male wearing a ski mask approached the resident and exposed himself before leaving the area on foot. The incident took place at an address on Elm Street.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
