A Southwold man has been charged after Elgin OPP responded to a report of a sexual luring incident.
Just before 5 p.m. Monday, officers responded to a Southwold address.
An investigation revealed there were two victims, both minors and known to the accused.
Fifty-nine year-old Rodger Colmar has been charged with:
- Two counts of communicating with an individual for the purpose of obtaining sexual services;
- Two counts of communicating with an individual under the age of 18 for the purpose of obtaining sexual services.
Elgin OPP suspect there may be additional victims.
According to the London District Catholic School Board, ColmarĀ in the past did work at one of its elementary schools through a third-party and was not a direct employee of the school board.
