The St. Thomas Stars are in Strathroy on Saturday evening to take on the Rockets at the West Middlesex Memorial Centre.
The Stars’ modest three-game winning streak came to a halt Wednesday in a 3-1 loss at home to Stratford.
The teams have met twice so far this campaign with the Rockets winning the first encounter 3-1 and the Stars bouncing back with a 6-4 win in their most recent game.
The Stars sit sixth in the Western Conference standings with a 15-9-0-1 record, while the Rockets are ninth at 9-13-2-0.
The top point getters on the Stars:
- Myles Dunn (#23) with 32 points and 14 goals
- Wyatt Camerson (#91) has 29 points including 12 goals
- Eloan Le Gallic (#10) also has 29 points with a club-leading 22 assists
Rockets:
- Jake Ritson (#37) has 37 points with 11 goals
- Zachary Leblanc (#24) with 36 points and leads the team in goals with 19
- Lucas Laprise (14) 23 points, including eight goals
