An Aylmer Police officer has been charged in relation to a collision on Dec. 3 of 2024 in Aylmer involving a police cruiser.
The St. Thomas Police Service conducted an independent investigation into the collision at the intersection of John and Talbot streets.
Four people were injured, including the officer, who is a six-year member of the service. None of the injuries were serious.
The officer has been charged with careless driving.
