The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad is asking for the public’s help in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant who is known to frequent St. Thomas.
Thirty-seven-year-old William Turner is wanted for breaching his statutory release. Turner is serving a six-year, four-month sentence for multiple armed robbery and robbery convictions, along with possession of a Schedule I substance.
He’s described as 6’4”, 230 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes, and several distinctive tattoos, including “CWB” on the right side of his neck and “RED NECK” across his hands.
OPP say Turner is also known to frequent London, Woodstock, Windsor, Sarnia, and the GTA.
