Tomorrow: VON Middlesex Elgin is hosting Caregivers and Seniors Walking Groups each Tuesday and Thursday in St. Thomas. Walks will take place on Tuesday mornings at 10:30 at the Joe Thornton Arena and every Thursday morning at 11 at the Elgin Mall’s Metro entrance. Full details here.

Tomorrow: Barrie Family Hospice of Elgin will be hosting a supportive walking group for adults navigating grief on Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This six-week program offers a compassionate space to share experiences, connect with others, and benefit from the healing effects of gentle movement.
