Today: Craft In Company is taking place at St. Thomas Public Library on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. Do you have a project you are working on? Do you want to get out and meet other crafters? Come to the library for an evening Crafter Social. This is an independent meet-up for anyone who loves to create.
Today: Family Trivia Night is being hosted at the St. Thomas Public Library on Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. Parents, kids, and everyone in between will discover each other’s surprising talents and knowledge, creating fun memories along the way.
Today: The Teen Advisory Board at the St. Thomas Public Library is a group of teens in grades 9 – 12 who meet once a month from 4 to 5 p.m. to plan and promote exciting programs, talk about ways to make the library a more inclusive space for all teens. Join them on Wednesday!
Today: Trivia takes place every Wednesday night at Railway City Brewing from 7 to 9! Stop in for an evening of good food and fun with no need to preregister.
Tomorrow: VON Middlesex Elgin is hosting Caregivers and Seniors Walking Groups each Tuesday and Thursday in St. Thomas. Walks will take place on Tuesday mornings at 10:30 at the Joe Thornton Arena and every Thursday morning at 11 at the Elgin Mall’s Metro entrance. Full details here.
Tomorrow: Tech Talk returns to the St. Thomas Public Library and is offered every Thursday from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Join the library team in the Board Room where you can get your questions answered and learn something new. All levels of tech experience welcome!
Tomorrow: Barrie Family Hospice of Elgin will be hosting a supportive walking group for adults navigating grief on Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This six-week program offers a compassionate space to share experiences, connect with others, and benefit from the healing effects of gentle movement. Tomorrow: The City of St. Thomas will host a drop-in public open house at the Joe Thornton Community Centre on January 22, running from 2 to 4 p.m. and again from 6 to 8 p.m., where residents can review and discuss the Draft Parks & Recreation Master Plan Update, along with the Community & Aquatic Centre Feasibility Study. GOHL: The St. Thomas Stars return to action on Friday, playing host to the Chatham Maroons at The Joe at 7:30 p.m. The boys then travel to Strathroy on Saturday to take on the Rockets at 7:30 p.m.
