Tomorrow: VON Middlesex Elgin is hosting Caregivers and Seniors Walking Groups each Tuesday and Thursday in St. Thomas. Walks will take place on Tuesday mornings at 10:30 at the Joe Thornton Arena and every Thursday morning at 11 at the Elgin Mall’s Metro entrance. Full details here.

GOHL: The St. Thomas Stars return to action on Friday, playing host to the Sarnia Legionnaires at The Joe at 7:30 p.m. It’s also myFM “Fill the Rink” Night! Fans can pick up free tickets at the myFM office, located at 300 Talbot Street (lower level of Grand Central Place), weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., while supplies last.
