Tomorrow: Barrie Family Hospice of Elgin will be hosting a supportive walking group for adults navigating grief on Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This six-week program offers a compassionate space to share experiences, connect with others, and benefit from the healing effects of gentle movement. GOHL: The St. Thomas Stars return to action on Friday, playing host to the Sarnia Legionnaires at The Joe at 7:30 p.m. It’s also myFM “Fill the Rink” Night! Fans can pick up free tickets at the myFM office, located at 300 Talbot Street (lower level of Grand Central Place), weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., while supplies last.
