The City of St. Thomas is looking for public input as it prepares to overhaul its municipal website.
City officials have announced that StThomas.ca will be redesigned in partnership with GHD Group, and residents are being encouraged to complete an online Survey to help guide the process.
Officials say feedback gathered will directly shape the future layout, accessibility, and functionality of the city’s website.
Among the questions, residents are asked which devices they prefer to use to access the site, how easy it is to find information, and whether improved access to meetings and events would increase their engagement.
The survey also invites participants to share examples of other municipal or government websites they find useful.
The survey will be open until March 8th at 8 p.m. and can be accessed here.
