St. Thomas Police and members of the London Police Service executed search warrants in both cities last Thursday, resulting in five persons facing charges.
In St. Thomas, police searched a residence on Elizabeth Street, where four people were arrested.
Controlled substances, two rifles, ammunition and more than $20,00 in cash was seized.
The value of the seized drugs was about $15,000.
The following individuals were charged:
- Michael Cody Baldwin, 38, of St. Thomas
- Jessica Northcott, 31, of St. Thomas
- Dereck Hoover, 49, of St. Thomas
- Angela Ghesquire, 47, of St. Thomas
- Justin McFee, 49, of London
Each faces multiple offences, including possession for the purpose of trafficking, trafficking, firearms related offences, possession of property obtained by crime, and obstructing a peace officer.
A warrant is being sought forĀ Christopher McFee, 26, of London.
As a result of the searches, officers seized:
From the St. Thomas residence:
- Two rifles (.303 calibre and .22 calibre)
- Various ammunition
- 16.8 grams of fentanyl
- Oxycodone, hydromorphone, lorazepam and additional unidentified pills
- Canadian currency
- Cellular devices
From the London residence:
- 71.4 grams of fentanyl
- 52 grams of cocaine
- 30.2 grams of crystal methamphetamine
- 195 Dilaudid tablets
- Canadian and foreign currency totaling in excess of $20,000
- Multiple cellular devices and a laptop
- Two motor vehicles
