Today: VON Middlesex Elgin is hosting Caregivers and Seniors Walking Groups each Tuesday and Thursday in St. Thomas. Walks will take place on Tuesday mornings at 10:30 at the Joe Thornton Arena and every Thursday morning at 11 at the Elgin Mall’s Metro entrance. Full details here.

Today: Join St. John’s Lutheran Church on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. for “The Healing Power of Music.” Presenter Jill Kennedy is a music therapist at Parkwood Hospital.
