An elderly man was hospitalized Tuesday morning after being struck by a vehicle when they were crossing Talbot Street.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital for assessment and treatment.
Investigation determined the pedestrian had the right of way when crossing the intersection at Hiawatha Street.
The motorist, who remained at the scene, was charged with failing to yield to a pedestrian.
