Police are reassuring the public after responding to a reported threat at a local high school on Friday morning.
The St. Thomas Police Service says officers attended St. Joseph’s High School after a message referencing a threat was found written on a door inside the school.
Following an investigation, police say no suspicious items were located, and the threat is not believed to be credible.
Officers acknowledge incidents like this can be concerning for students, staff, and families, adding that they will continue working closely with local schools to help ensure community safety.
