A new way to stay active and connected is coming to St. Thomas with the launch of a Walking Soccer program at 1Password Park.
The low-impact version of soccer replaces running with walking, creating a more accessible and social experience for participants of all ages and ability levels.
Residents are invited to try the program for free during a series of upcoming “Come Try It” sessions taking place on the 1Password Turf.
The sessions are scheduled for May 25th from 10 a.m. to noon, May 29th from 10 a.m. to noon/1 to 3 p.m., and May 31st from 2 to 4 p.m.
No registration is required, with the program operating as a drop-in format. Participants will be required to complete a waiver before taking part.
For more information, residents can contact the City of St. Thomas Parks and Recreation Office at 519-633-7112.
