A 46-year-old man has been charged with manslaughter in the drug-related death of a woman.
On May 30, emergency services responded to a downtown address where a 28-year-old woman was found unresponsive.
She was taken to hospital where she later died.
Through investigation, St. Thomas Police identified James Friesen as the person who supplied the substance that resulted in the woman’s death.
He was located and arrested Monday in Aylmer.
He has been remanded into custody and charged with:

Friesen has been charged with:
• Manslaughter
• Trafficking a Schedule I Substance
