Just one committed home can change the entire trajectory of a child’s life.
That’s the impetus behind a series of foster caregiver recruitment videos produced by Family & Children’s Services of St. Thomas and Elgin.
The organization believes one home can change everything.
And the videos feature Elgin county foster caregivers in an effort to recruit locally.
The campaign launch is this Thursday morning at 11 at 99 Edward Street in St. Thomas.
