Tomorrow: Join VON Middlesex-Elgin for Self-Compassion for Caregivers on June 26th and learn about the practical “how to” of creating more understanding, empathy, and compassion for caregivers. This 4-week program starts with foundational concepts and practices that’ll help attendees understand what provokes compassion and what blocks it.
