St. Thomas Police are investigating after an employee was injured during an altercation at a Talbot Street restaurant Wednesday evening.
Officers responded to the restaurant after receiving a report that an employee had been assaulted by a patron.
Police say the individual was asked to leave because of their behaviour but became confrontational, allegedly throwing a glass at the employee. The glass shattered, causing the employee to suffer minor injuries.
Investigators have obtained video of the incident and continue to investigate.
