Elgin OPP have arrested two London residents, following a theft Tuesday at a Central Elgin construction site.
Sixty-three Greg Glasser and 45-year-old Garrett Forgrave were charged after items were taken from the site on Sunset Road.
The pair are charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, possession of break-in instruments and possession of methamphetamine.
They will appear in St. Thomas court on Nov. 9.
